WHAT WILL BE MY PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR BOOKING?
You need to pay some amount in advance to confirm your booking. And remaining payment of rental & security deposit can be done during or at the time of check-in

WHAT IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT? WHY I HAVE TO PAY IT SEPARATELY?
The security deposit is the amount we keep, at a time of check-in as a reserve against damage done by the guest during stay time if any. Otherwise, it is refunded back at a time of checkout.
Ensure the booked property is not damaged previously upon check-in. If found, please report it to us. Otherwise, it will be considered as damaged during the stay time of guests and the same will be considered as responsible for that damage.

WHAT IS THE TIMING OF CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT?
Standard check-in time is 12 pm and check-out time is 10 am the next day.
Early check-in & late check-outs are a matter of availability & can be charged separately.

WHAT IS COVERED IN THE RENTAL?
Clean bedding, bed sheets, pillows & blankets are provided to you at your stay. Apart from those things if you require other things like towels, toiletries, soap, etc will be available on request and will be charged separately.

WHAT ABOUT FOOD?
We provide freshly cooked food of your choice at an extra cost but need to be notified in advance

ARE PETS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY?
Yes, at most of our bungalows, but still confirm while enquiring.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH MY LUGGAGE?
We request all the guest to bring their own personal hygiene kits that includes toothbrush and paste, swimsuits, towels, toiletries, etc.

WHAT ABOUT THE PARTY AT BUNGALOW?
You can party at our place as long as it won’t create disturbance to others, you can bring own sound system, or we can arrange it at an extra cost. But playing loud music after 10 pm is not allowed.
Or if you want to celebrate or need an arrangement for any function we can make it available for you at an additional cost.
